interviews. we r gonna talk art how u know what they're asking in the interview. u need to cut through what they're asking. hire for values; never done, challenge convention, impact together, bring u and be an advocate.

willing to learn, challenge convention (push boundaries, be creative), be a team player, personality, user centred approach

u need to ask users ur values- they should make u employable, and map ur values to what interviewers want (the 5 above)

enthusasism - for the ob, company and what they do

willing to learn. show this in case studies by highlighting what eyed correct next time. show problems and how u solved them

aspirations. have an idea odic what u wanna do and what type of ob u want, an area of work or an idea of direction. shows a drive. could be a question

user entered -

prepare talking points, have good stories ing mind that can be applied anywhere rather than a boring script. make it fun. start with backstory, go thru ur actions and end with positive outcomes or even what feedback u got.

using stirs of anecdotes and good stories will make u stand out, interviewers will break out of fatigue and listen and you'll stand out among others. natural and enthusaistic

have an opinion on design trends because would probably be asked about ai.
